We are not just a little bakery, but we sure are a good one!
At Heatherton Activity Centre, our bakery is our primary social enterprise. Not only does it keep our lights on in the building, but it creates and facilitates jobs for our participants every day. Our participants are an active roll in producing everything that leaves our bakery. From helping to mix batter, forming rolls, decorating, traying or waiting on the customers, our participants are involved and practicing their skills in every aspect of our bakery.
